Moving On

To quote "Don't be Sad because it's Over be Happy because it Happened" and to ultimately me happy you need to accept it.

We usually hear people say I will move on, I will be able to Move on from this, 24/7 we keep on thinking and saying I am moving on, move on, move on, etc. But in the end they actually keep on reminding themselves the same thing on repeat again and again.

As we all know, The more you try to keep yourself off track of something the more it come your way. "One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it."  So instead of just saying and thinking and always ending back to the same old feelings and depression the best way to actually moving on is accepting it happened.

Don't just keep saying move on Feel It, Let It Sink In, Accept It, Grow Through It and that's when you actually come to the point of moving on, that's when it actually stops to matter, that's when you know you are happy it happened and learned from it.

Because by saying and reminding yourself that you will move on you just tell yourself a Beautiful Lie that lasts only moments. When you say, all that you do is just trying, you try to keep yourself busy by doing unwanted things, you try doing things to ecsape it instead of facing it and eventually you end up empty handed and depressed. Because even after trying you couldn't make it but actually all you and to do was accept it, make efforts towards it and get through it.
It's better to be at peace with it instead of sleeping with your eyes open.

It's okay if you have lost someone, if someone left you, if you believed a lie your whole life, it's okay to fail but what is not okay is not accepting it, but what is not okay is not learning from it, but what is not okay is that you are trying to escape it.

So the Motto of moving on is
"Feel it, Let it Sink in, Accept it and Get over it."

Through The Dark!

Don't we all feel like this at least at some point in our life, to start over, to just forget everything? " What do you do when you are all alone and Upset?"  I had no clue what to answer it's not like I haven't experienced being sad, but at that point this question made me realise, that I never knew what to do when I got all blue and lost. All I did was stare into the abyss, spend my days looking at the ceiling crying over things I couldn't change and wonder what I did to deserve all this or what more was left to do now... sinking into that pain made me so furious that I had to snap out of it (easier said than done), made me feel so weak that I couldn't take it anymore. And for a fact, no one teaches you what to do when you go through a mental drain, or feel low or exhausted. What to do when you are all alone, and all your friends, family and loved ones are busy dealing with their problems, and you don't want to disturb them with your burdens ...

Poisonous Aren't We??

Not too young and not too old but; as far as I have seen life and people, I have learnt that the only relationship we have in this world is with Ourselves . We are our Best Friends and our Greatest Enemy . Not our family, nor friends or your loved ones or enemies but us, only and only me myself can make me or destroy me . Expectations are just an escape used by us to disguise our incapabilities. Why would to expect something from someone in the first place..... Because you do not believe in yourself.      Of course, I don't deny the fact that we came into this world because of our Parents, we are given our names by Others, raised by them, loved by them but most of all we are here for the US. Obviously, we need a helping hand or someone to just be there for us but you cannot expect them to get you through.      Definitely, Friends, Family, Love, Well-wishers all of them everyone are the ESSENCE OF LIFE......  Life's Inco...

Why Should You Keep Your Private Life Off Social Media?

Recently, I came across a post that said "Don't discuss your private life on social media" and that really hit most of us hard and it made me write about it.          Actually nobody cares whether you live happily or you are gathered among problems. So here are 5 reasons Why Should You Keep Your Private Life Off Social Media   :- 1. Nobody Cares - All the good and the bad things  that happen to you most of them don't care. Your        private life deserves privacy because to quote, "80% don't care about it and 20% are happy that it happened."  2. Not Necessary - It's not necessary to tell people everything. They don't need to know every little thing that happens, from a small cut on your finger to something you blew up, from falling in love to winning a lottery. 3. Don't Share - If you don't share it, it doesn't mean that you don't have a good time. By sharing 10...
